Shipping Policy
After the arrival of the goods in the country of destination, the customs clearance in the importing country needs to be completed by the buyer at his own cost and risk, including all customs duties and taxes. All necessary legal formalities in the importing country are completed by the buyer at his own cost to clear the goods for import. In the event if the buyer does not wish to complete the custom clearance process and wish for the product to be returned, all rights for refund will be void
Return Policy
In order to get a refund, once the goods is returned to us, we will inspect the goods for any damage. The final amount refunded to buyer will deduct the freight cost for delivering to importing country & the freight cost of returning the goods to exporting country. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
