For all international deliveries, the buyer is responsible for customs clearance and duties involved in the receiving country of goods.
Shipping Policy
Upon the arrival of the goods in the country of destination, the customs clearance in the importing country needs to be completed by the buyer at his own cost and risk, including all customs duties and taxes. All necessary legal formalities in the importing country are to be completed by the buyer at his own cost to clear the goods for import. In the event that the buyer does not wish to complete the customs clearance process and wishes for the product to be returned, all rights for a refund will be void.
Return Policy
In order to get a refund, once the goods are returned to us, we will inspect the goods for any damage. The final amount refunded to the buyer will deduct the freight cost for delivering to the importing country & the freight cost of returning the goods to the exporting country. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or any other original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
